Welcome, you’ve found the website for Women and Gender Minorities in Physics (WAGMiP)! No matter how you identify, we’re so glad you’re here. WAGMiP is a student-led organization that offers a space for women and gender minorities in STEM. We are a like-minded group of individuals who want to build and foster inclusive communities within scientific research environments. While most of our members are physics graduate students, we also welcome students and post-docs from other fields (chemistry, biology, biophysics, molecular engineering, astrophysics, geophysics, etc.) to attend any of our programming.
